Статья посвящена изучению проблемы здоровья детей - одной из главных жизненных ценностей. В статье рассматриваются некоторые современные способы реализации системы мероприятий по здоровому образу жизни. Рассмотрены методы работы в разных возрастных группах. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам физического воспитания детей. Даны рекомендации по работе с родителями.

Abstract:The article is devoted to the study of the children's health problem - one of the main values of life. The article describes some modern ways of realization the system of actions for healthy living. Methods of work in different age groups are considered. Special attention is paid to the issues of physical education of children.Recommendations for working with parents are indicated.

Based on the principle "a healthy child is a successful child», it’s impossible to solve the problem of educating a socially adapted person without implementing a system of actions for improving health and physical education of children. The nation needs educated, well-mannered, cultured people, but most importantly, and this can hardly be disputed, the nation needs healthy people. Because of the difficult economic and environmental conditions of our time, the problem of children's health is particularly strong. The truth is clear: if there is no health, then everything else is meaningless.
Health is one of the main values in life. Every child wants to be strong, cheerful and energetic: run without getting tired, ride a bike, swim, play, don’t suffer from headaches or endless runny noses [3].

To solve this problem, let's consider modern ways of recovery the health of pre-school children. The first ideas about health and a healthy lifestyle are formed in pre-school age. If we take into account that this period is fundamental in the formation of everybody's personality, then it becomes obvious the relevance of forming at least elementary ideas about a healthy lifestyle among pre-school children. If we teach children from an early age to value, protect and improve their health, if we demonstrate a healthy lifestyle as example, we can hope that the future generation will be healthier and developed not only physically, but also personally, intellectually, and spiritually [6].

Taking care of the health of children and adults has become a priority worldwide. And this is understandable, because any country needs creative, harmoniously developed, active, healthy individuals. The Federal state educational standard of pre-school education sets the task of educating and developing healthy preschoolers on the first place [1].
We love our children, treat them when they get sick, and in everyday life we do not use the entire arsenal of tools and methods to prevent the disease. Pre-school age is the most favorable time for developing correct habits, which in combination with teaching preschoolers techniques for improving and maintaining health will lead to positive results.

To solve the health problems of physical education of children, preference should first be given to those methods that have a restorative effect on the child's body, promote hardening, increase endurance, and help optimize motor activity [2].

A very important important role in improving the health and pedagogical effectiveness of physical culture is played by physical education classes (or other activities) with children. Another difficult point is the interaction with parents. To synchronize wellness in the family and pre-school institution held talks and consultations with parents on topics: "the parents’ bad habits and their influence on children's health", "Hardening procedures at home and in pre-school", "Prevention of acute respiratory infections at home" [9]. Parents are offered sets of exercises for children who often suffer from acute respiratory infections. In order to effectively solve the problems of strengthening the respiratory system of children in order to increase their resistance to colds and other diseases, as well as endurance during physical activity, respiratory gymnastics are used. Techniques of correct breathing are constantly patiently shown, repeated, and recalled [8]. 
In the younger group, breathing and sound tracks are used to develop breathing. This is breathing through an imitation of a hurricane, a light breeze, a vacuum cleaner, inflating balloons. Exercise game "Snake": "snake crawls into the nose and crawls out through the mouth" - quickly and slowly. Much attention is paid to the cleansing breath - inhaling through the nose, intermittent, like descending stairs. Inhale through the left nostril, then exhale through the right and Vice versa. The articulation of the vowel sounds with the breath without strain on the vocal cords. "Drawing" imaginary figures by breathing in the air [4].
In the middle group, there is an introduction to chest and abdominal breathing. When teaching chest breathing, children hold their hands on their chest, "smell the flowers," take a breath, and then "blow the fluff off the dandelion" (exhale). And the exercise "Shake the horse" helps teach children abdominal breathing. Lying on their back, children should put their hand on their stomach and shake it, inflating and lowering the stomach with the help of breathing.
Children of senior and preparatory groups are introduced to different types of breathing.
While working in this direction, we note that breathing exercises
popular with the children, calm and focus them, and most importantly benefit their health. One of the most important tasks of physical education and health improvement is the formation of correct posture [10]. Many children in our time have deviations in the state of the musculoskeletal system, which are characterized by asymmetry of the shoulders, pelvis, muscle corset, deformity of the lower extremities, flat feet. Classes are held on "Getting to know your posture", "Getting to know various deviations in your posture", "Getting to know with static poses and rules for maintaining correct posture in them". In these classes, children learn to walk correctly, sit, stand, and check their posture. Every day after an afternoon nap, children were asked to stand with their backs to the wall, touching it with their heels, buttocks, and the back of their heads. Stand in this position, "like a soldier on duty," for 10-15 seconds. In that way the correct posture is checked. Hardening is an important factor in improving the health of preschoolers [5].

So, this article approves methods that will have a restorative effect on the child's body, promote hardening, increase endurance, and help optimize motor activity.

We also reviewed modern ways to improve the health of preschool children. All these educational and health-improving activities allow children to develop a reasonable attitude to their body, teach the necessary sanitary and hygienic skills, adapt the child to constantly changing environmental conditions, and i.e. teach them to lead a healthy lifestyle. 
Only if parents and teachers work together in a purposeful way can lead to positive dynamic of indicators that characterize the health of children and their focus to a healthy lifestyle [7].
