Цель урока: формирование навыков разговорной речи через введение лексики по теме «Защита окружающей среды»
Задачи урока:
Предметные: расширять словарный запас обучающихся посредством знакомства с новыми словами, формировать общеучебные умения и навыки (умение обобщать, делать выводы, анализировать);
Метапредметные: развивать коммуникативные навыки сотрудничества с другими учащимися, совершенствовать навыки чтения и произношения изученных слов;
Личностные: содействовать развитию интереса к изучению иностранного языка, содействовать повышению уровня мотивации на уроках через средства обучения, воспитывать бережное отношение к природе и чувство ответственности каждого человека за будущее планеты, повышение уровня экологической культуры, осознание глобального характера экологических проблем и путей их решения; активное неприятие действий, приносящих вред окружающей среде;

Good morning, boys and girls! I’m glad to see you and our guests at the lesson. How are you today? Are you nervous a little bit? (ответыучащихся). Well, as for me, I`m a bit nervous because I have got a problem. I would like to show it to you. Look at the screen, please. (видеонаэкране)
Well, boys and girls, let me ask you some questions. What do you think of after watching this video?

Well, thanks a lot. Let me introduce myself. My name is Venera Khalitovna and I`m not just a teacher today, but I also a member of an environmental organization. And now I am looking for young volunteers who want to become eco-helpers to save our nature. Children, do you like our planet? Would you like to help it not to suffer from such problems? So, do you want to become eco-helpers? (ответыучащихся)
Then, let`s start right now and the first you should do is to tie ties like mine. Help each other, please.

My dear friends, today I would like you to sit this way, because at our lesson we will need pair and group work. Do you remember the rules of working in pairs and groups?
Well, yes, the main are to listen to each other, to respect each other and be active, please. Now, to show us your unity, please, look at the screen, read the following words: Small steps, Big results. It is all about us! It will be our motto today. Now, let`s say them in your groups altogether, putting your hands like this.

Great! Now let`s add some new words that you will need today. These words you will find if you do task 2. Look, you have numbers and the English Alphabet. Try to guess what letters are hidden under the numbers. You have 1 minute to do this task. Work in groups, please.(на экране образец)

Then I would like you to work individually according to the tasks you have got.
The first group will read about air pollution, the second one- about water pollution, and the third one-about land(soil) pollution.

Water pollution is one of the biggest ecological problems. Power stations and factories throw chemical wastes into rivers and lakes making them dirty. The water is full of factory waste – it harms and kills animals, fish, plant species. Animals can die when they drink such water. People can also get sick when they swim in it and eat fish that live there.
Water pollution is very dangerous.

You are going to make a leaflet and tell us what are the ways of solving the problem you have got. Think creatively, add your own ideas and do your best. In the envelopes you have pictures and sentences to help you. Work in groups, please. Youhavegot 3 minutes.
