Разработка внеурочного мероприятия.

Форма проведения: «Викторина по английскому языку»

Цели:

- повторение и закрепление ранее изученного лексического и грамматического материала;

-развивать речевую культуру учащихся, культуру общения;

-расширять с помощью английского языка представление учащихся об окружающем их мире, о языке как средстве взаимодействия с этим миром;

-формировать положительную мотивацию учения, готовность воспринимать культуру страны изучаемого языка.

ХОД МЕРОПРИЯТИЯ

1. Teacher: Good morning, dear children!

Welcometo our lesson. Let’s see who the best in ENGLISH is.

Let me introduce our teams, team 1 and team 2, and our judges.

Учитель называет команды, представляет капитанов, членов жюри, которыми могут быть учащиеся старших классов.

2. Проведениеконкурсов

P1: Dear comrades! Now we’ll see a competition between the girls and boys of two teams (two groups of the 7 th form).

I welcome you to this event.

Let’s elect a competition jury with the following membership….. (they are our pupils),…….(they are our students and teachers)

Представление команд

P2: So, let me introduce you to the girls' team. You are welcome, girls. (The girls are coming to the stage). They are called “Flowers”.

P1: Now, I want to invite the boys' team. You are welcome, boys. (the boys are coming to the stage). They are called “Stars”.

[So, the teams are on the stage.

They are in their costumes].

P2: Who are you, girls?

Girls all together:

The clouds and rain

One November day.

But we are not plane.

We are going to play.

There is no sun

There are no showers

But we are all happy

Because we are flowers!

P1: Who are you, boys?

Boys all together:

Prairie land is far away

Our horses went away

But there are (ten) bright cowboys,

We are happy boring boys.

P2: Now the captains will welcome you!

The girls' captain begins:

How do you do, dear guests, pupils, teachers!

Our party is your party

Welcome to our party

We all here.

You are my friends,

We are your friends,

We are all friends now!

P1: Now, the boys' captain, you are welcome!

The boys' captain:

Good afternoon, dear friends

We are very glad to see you in our school hall.

Come my friend, come to play,

For the sun shines brightly today

Bring the balls

Come with happy faces all!

P2: Thank you very much

So, are you ready for the competition?

Now, we'll begin.

Конкурс « Угадай пословицу»

P1: Guess some riddles.

1. I am black and red, and blue,

I draw everything for you (pencil).

2. Brother left and right his brother.

Hardly ever see each other (eyes).

3. What can you hear, but no see? (a wind)

4. Winter weather fresh and cold. In this house. Will always cold (a refrigerator)

1. It is running night and day.

But it never runs away (a clock).

2. What is the shortest month in the year? (May).

3. What year lasts only one day? (A New Year).

4. This is a house. With one window in it. It shows films. Every minute. (TV-SET)

P2: Now, we ask jury to give us the results of three rounds.

P1: The score is 3… to… 4 in favour of (the team of the boys).

P2: Our next round of the competition is called “rhyme”. [raim]

I invite (one) boy and (one) girl. Please, come here and let s begin.

Конкурс « Составь предложение»

P2:Next round is called “Three of a kind” (The chain of the words).

I welcome (one) boy and (one) girl. So, take a list of words, a paper and a pencil and sit down at the table. You have 5 minutes. Put 3 words of the same kind on the line. Let s begin.

P1: Your time is over. Give your lists to the jury and we’ll continue.

Another round is to recite the poem as good as possible. The boys and the girls are reciting the poem.

P2:Now, let’s know the score? Please, Jury.

Another round is “grammar round”.

(One) boy and (one) girl, please. Your task is: make up a sentence from the words. Who will be the first? Let s begin.

Конкурс «Кто больше?»

P2: Next round is “English names”. Who knows English names best of all?

(One) girl and (one) boy, please. Now, you girl, must call the boys' names: And you boy ____ the girls' names: -- Who is the winner?

Грамматический конкурс

P1: Another round is “grammar round again”. The task is for the teams: to write as many words as you can from the word “schoolchildren”. You have 3 minutes. Music, please!

For example: school, child, red, on, in, hill, old, cold, cool, so, ill, oil, rose, nose, no, line, once, one, or, score, she, soon, son, door, do, does, close ( so on).

P2: Your time is over. Give your papers to the jury and let's go on.

Конкурс пословиц

P1: Now, we come to the next round of our competition. “The proverbs”.

You'll have 4 proverbs. Your task is: give Russian equivalents to English proverbs. This is the task for the whole team.

There is no place like home

Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.

Tastes differ.

A tree is known by its fruit.

1. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

2. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

3. East or West home is Best.

4. The right thing in the right place.

P2: Are you ready? Please, name your Russian proverbs.

Конкурс «Угадай меня»

P1: And then “What do you know about ……?”Turn back to each other and tell us as much as possible about each other. Now, Anton will begin. Jury, be attentive. Count the sentences, please. Time is over. Dear Jury, what is the score of the competition?

Конкурс «Змейка»

P2: Look at that word snake. Read the clues and write the answers on the snake. The last letter of each word is the first letter of the next word.

Каждая команда получает кроссворд с заданиями, отгадывает слова, вписывает их в змейку, сдает жюри, которое оценивает правильность написания слов.

Answers: Monday, yellow, water, run, November, red, dog, garden, nine, elephant, tulip, pupils.

Итог.

P2: And what is the total score?

The score is…to (in favour of……). The winner is the team of the (boys/girls).

Teams, come up to the stage.

We are listening now to the chairman of our jury (she tells about the results of the competition).

The competition is over!

Актуальность данной разработки не вызывает сомнения, так как нестандартные формы занятий возбуждают больший интерес к изучаемому материалу, нежели обычная лекция Здесь в процесс усвоения и закрепления материала включаются и зрение, и слух, и воображение, и эмоции. Игровая форма общения учителя и учеников позволяет перевести занятие на более высокий уровень вовлекаемости детей и результативност и урока.
