Read the text. New York New York is one of the largest cities in the world. Its population is over 11 million people. New York is an industrial and cultural centre of the country. There are many places of interest in New York. They are: the Statue of Liberty, the United Nations Building, the Empire State Building, City Hall, New York Public Library and others. The Statue of Liberty is the symbol of American Independence. Central Park is a huge park with lakes, restaurants, a zoo and a skating rink. The Empire State Building is a skyscraper with 102 floors and fantastic views. It is very beautiful city. |
