Abstract:the article deals with the influence of children's collective on personal development. The importance of this influence and the need for control by the teacher is considered.Also, attention is paid to the necessary conditions for the successful formation and development of the child's personality.

The development of the collective and the individual are interrelated processes. Personal development is directly related to the development of the group, and most importantly, with the level of interpersonal relations in the group. Also, the level of development of students affects the development of the team. As a result, relationships in a team develop more harmoniously if its members actively participate in the life of the group.

A school group is a group in which a person spends a significant part of his life, which means that it plays an important role in everyone's life. The more cohesive and developed the group, the better the process of personal development will be

The formation of the child's personality occurs at the moment of his interaction with other people. The characteristics of different collectives and groups that a person falls into during his life have a huge impact on the emerging personality.

A team is a group of people in a society whose members have similar interests, views, and aspirations, and they share a common activity. The children's group has its own specifics of work. For a member of a children's group, the group they belong to is their environment. Entering into intra-group relationships, the child shows his personal qualities, and self-actualizes himself as a person.

Relationships in the group are based on the principle of responsible dependence. Such relationships are determined by the attitude of each member of the group to common values, goals and activities, they are manifested in the ability of each to lead and obey the rules of the group for the benefit of the common cause. This is a relationship of mostly business cooperation. Along with them, there are interpersonal relationships — these are relations of a selective nature, based on mutual sympathy, interests, friendship, and feelings.

The group has its own functions, has its own structure and levels of development. Also, there are phases of inclusion of the individual in society, such as adaptation, individualization and integration.

The quality of personal development of each member of the group will depend on what kind of atmosphere will be in the group.

Thus, being in a team, children have a huge influence on each other and on the group as a whole. How the personality will develop, what qualities will be formed in it directly depends on the position of the child in the group and on the attitude of peers to him.

To study the level of relationships, there is a technique called sociometry. With its help, you can conduct a qualitative and accurate study, determining the level of relationships in the team. In the team, there is a status stratification that determines the position of the child in the group.

In case of an unfavorable situation in the group, various games for rapprochement are used to bring children together, which help to establish good relations between the group members.

There are also a number of recommendations for the teacher, which are aimed at improving interpersonal relationships in the group and help the teacher create an environment in which the child can freely develop all their best qualities. These recommendations will also help you track the dynamics of relationships between children.

The children's team is an important factor in the formation of personality. The more developed the group, the more harmonious the process of personal development. An important characteristic of team development is the presence of common goals and ideas, stable communication between its members, as well as joint activities aimed at the benefit of society. The most developed forms of children's relationships are created in the process of joint activities: creative training, etc. Adjusting the orientation of children's groups helps in the development of children's necessary qualities and abilities. By developing mutual responsibility and independence in children, we form true independence in them. As soon as children are able to organize and implement their own activities, we can say that the group that includes these children is developed.

During their time in the group, primary school students gain experience working in the group. Through active participation in class life, the child develops a sense of collectivism. It is in the children's group that he gets the skills to interact with other members of the group.

The main conclusion of the article is that the children's groups are characterized as an object and subject of education. To do this, we identified ways to form a group, and identified the influence that the group has on the formation of a child's personality. This work deals with the development of children's groups, which has its own indisputable relevance. Such teachers as A. S. Makarenko, V. A. Sukhomlinsky, T. K. Konnikova, L. I. Novikova, and others have their own ideas about the formation of the group.

When considering the way to form a group, it was found that a cohesive team is formed not immediately, but for a long time.

The group has a complex structure, as it is connected by common goals with other group. The team will develop only if it has a goal that all group members are working to achieve.

How much influence the group has on the development of the child's personality depends on the development of the team, and on what place the child occupies in it. The team helps the child to try on various social roles. A group that has the right guidelines creates favorable conditions for the formation and development of the child's personality.

The children's group is a dynamic structure that is constantly changing and transforming on the way of its formation and development. Since the group is dynamic, with the process of its development, there are a number of problems peculiar to a certain age. To avoid these problems, or if they occur, to be able to solve them, it is necessary to constantly monitor the level of cohesion in the group. It is also necessary to increase the level of collectivism among the members of this group.

The main thing is to pay attention to details, and monitor the development of relations between children. It is necessary to constantly monitor the level of their cohesion and collectivism, as these are the main factors in the formation of a developed group. If problems are found in the relationship between children, it is necessary to promptly organize activities aimed at eliminating them.
