THE INFLUENCE OF THE SCHOOL TEAM
ON THE FORMATION OF THE STUDENT'S PERSONALITY
Annotation. The article deals with the problem of the influence of the school team on the formation of the student's personality. The question of the relationship between the collective and the individual is one of the central ones, it becomes extremely important. It is in school collectives that important life knowledge is acquired, which forms the personality and further determines the complex system of its relations to life and people.
Key words: school team, student's personality, psychological comfort, personality formation.
The relevance of this article lies in the fact that modern society requires a person to quickly adapt to constantly changing conditions, be active in various types of activities, and be able to build relationships in various teams and function normally in them. It is worth noting that various forms of human activity and labor, in whatever form they take place, are realized by the collective efforts of people. An important point is that the collective, joint activity of people acts as one of the most important factors on which the effectiveness of human activity in general depends.
It is the school team that has a huge impact on the student's personality. In the school team, the necessary skills, scientific and everyday knowledge are laid down, which in the future help a person to interact productively with people. Only in a team can a student learn to understand the people around them, to form a system of values from the standpoint of good. Therefore, it is very important to create a team that will «help» to form a personality [1].
The school team and its influence on the student's personality is not a new subject of research. The system of human interactions has aroused great interest among scientists and educators at all times. Anton Semyonovich Makarenko was a prominent representative of Russian pedagogy, who developed the theory of the collective. He developed a method of collective education [2].
A school team is a scientifically organized system that seeks to educate a child's personality. The school team has a certain structure. It provides unity, friendship, camaraderie, helps the student to form a personality and preserve it [3].
The school team influences the formation of personality, thereby performing important functions: the school team helps the student to master the necessary knowledge; the school team helps to form a sense of beauty in the student, teaches kindness and justice, as well as mutual assistance and compassion; the school team contributes to the formation of morally valuable incentives in work, develops creativity [5].
In this regard, it can rightly be considered that it is in school groups that life experience is acquired, which forms the personality and further determines the complex system of its relations to life and people.
A school team is a group of people who mutually influence each other and are connected by a commonality of socially determined goals, interests, needs, norms and rules of behavior, jointly carried out activities, which therefore reaches a higher level than a simple group [4].
The question of the relationship between the collective and the individual is one of the central ones, it becomes extremely important. Thanks to the favorable environment created by the teacher in the school team, the student gets the necessary life experience.
It is in school collectives that important life knowledge is acquired, which forms the personality and further determines the complex system of its relations to life and people [3].
During the analysis of the data obtained during the study, preliminary communication with the class team and the class teacher, it was found that the formation of the personality of children is greatly influenced by their place in the team. The guys who feel good in the team, know how to communicate well, they are open, succeed in their studies and in creativity. Children who do not get along with the team, are closed, passive, and have low academic performance.
One of the main tasks of the teacher is to develop and maintain the psychological comfort of all students of the class, since creative, educated, athletic, and most importantly healthy children are of particular value to modern society. It is education at school that takes up most of the student's life, during which there is an active formation of personality. The class teacher must ensure a safe atmosphere in the classroom [5].
This requires certain conditions that must be created by the class teacher:
1. Every student should form a positive attitude towards himself and others, understand the importance of himself as a person;
2. Every student should be able to make friends and be able to maintain positive relationships with classmates;
3. Every student should be able to set certain goals, as well as rationally resolve conflict situations.
The most effective ways to create a favorable environment in the school team:
1. Creating joint activities for children. In the course of the activity, inform the children about the implementation of the goal. Encourage creativity, initiative;
2. Try to find topics that interest all children and organize joint activities based on them;
3. Spend more time together, in your free time-go to museums, theaters, hiking;
4. Take into account the opinion of each child when solving complex problems, but at the same time try to come to a compromise solution;
5. Try to maintain a friendly relationship between students;
6. Develop communication and collaboration skills;
7. Develop tolerance towards others, as well as foster mutual help and support;
8. Forms the traditions of the class, for example, to congratulate the birthday children on their birthday.
Also, to create a favorable environment, the teacher should use non-verbal means such as:
1. Friendly smiles, positive or calm tone of statements;
2. Listening with a demonstration of attention (assent), eye contact;
3. Use gestures to show approval of the work.
Games played with children are of great importance. We need games that affect the development of a favorable environment in the team:
1. The game «Compliments». Children, say good words to their neighbor (neighbor), praise them, then the children change. Thus, a friendly attitude towards each other is formed;
2. The game «Wizards». Children become «wizards» and try to help others. For example, we will give Alyosha courage, and Anya-dexterity. This game forms the ability to help and care for each other.
In addition, the most productive form of forming a school team is group work, which allows you to connect all children to the collective life, taking into account their individual capabilities, needs and motives as much as possible. The effectiveness of this has been repeatedly noted by domestic teachers and psychologists. This conclusion is confirmed by the widespread use of the methodology of collective creative affairs as a pedagogical technology [1].
The educational process is interesting and effective in teaching teams and teachers who introduce the game instrumentation of all cases into the practice of their extracurricular and regular activities with students. That is why the technology of jointly divided activities is best implemented in the methodology of collective creative activity and is the main method for the development of a favorable environment for the formation of a student's personality in the school team
Thus, the process of including a student in the system of collective relations is not easy. Students differ from each other in many ways: health status, appearance, character traits, degree of sociability, knowledge, skills, and many other traits and qualities. Therefore, they enter the system of collective relations in different ways, cause different reactions from their comrades, and have the opposite effect on the team.
