CULTURE AND EDUCATION AS THE BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT'S PERSONALITY IN MODERN SOCIETY

ANNOTETION

The article highlights the features of modern gymnasium education in Russia, which is an alternative to ordinary secondary school, which can be considered as an option for obtaining general secondary education. One of the most important elements of education is its relationship with culture. In our life, the historical, social, and psychological components are combined together. In the process of learning, the child learns various norms of cultural significance. As a result, the norms of morality and morality of a person in a social group and at work, in the family and public places, as well as the rules of communication, interpersonal and business contacts are instilled.

Let us compare two phenomena: "culture" and "education" in their role and significance in the formation of personality. There is no particular need to justify the close relationship between culture and education. Especially this connection is clearly visible in the formation of personality. Due to this connection, these concepts were often identified, and I must say, there are serious reasons for this.

For example, even Hegel often used the German "Bildung" instead of the Latin word "culture", which literally means "education". S.I. interprets the identity of education and culture in his own way. Hesse, for whom "education is nothing but the culture of the individual."

The similarity of education and culture can be seen in the origin, content, functions, tasks, goals. So, according to N.P. Pishchulin, education is "an artificially created system of education and upbringing of the younger generation, which has its own objective properties and mechanisms and can be described in the form of laws and laws."

Culture also has an artificial, non-natural origin. Education as a special activity for the education and upbringing of the individual includes creativity as an integral element, manifested primarily in the pedagogical art. Culture is also not without reason often identified with creativity and art.

Education, N.V. Krylova believes, "as the training and upbringing of a person is based on certain knowledge that has taken shape in a special 406 science – pedagogy." Culture, of course, includes knowledge and science, and, therefore, pedagogy is part of culture.

The system of "education and culture" is a mechanism of reproduction of social structures that ensure the stability of society, the possibility of its functioning and development. Education as a process of obtaining new knowledge, skills, and skills by a person is a process of forming a "person of culture", a process leading to the formation of such a cultural ability that will lead an individual to form himself as a person. Education "is the process of transition of a person's "pre-culture" into a culture of personality, if there is a transition from education to self-education."

In addition, it should be borne in mind that the educational process is "really a cultural process if it is built on dialogue, and it is only a prerequisite for the cultural process, if it is a monologue, the transfer of knowledge – information." Finally, both education and culture are united by the fact that these are ways to intellectual and creative freedom of a person's personality. In general, culture, of course, is a more capacious and meaningful concept than education. Culture ultimately determines the content and meaning of education.

Differences between education and culture as well as similarities are found in the content, and in functions, tasks and goals. Thus, education as a process of teaching and upbringing is guided by specially selected samples and values of culture, while culture includes the totality of the results of human activity. It can be argued that education is a special cultural environment.

Its peculiarity lies in the fact that it originated and exists as a special mechanism for the reproduction and maintenance of culture with predetermined parameters. While culture also has spontaneously acting mechanisms of its functioning, often with unpredictable consequences.

The result of education is a socialized person. It should be borne in mind that a general education institution of any type should not focus on the education of a person, since a person is born only through the efforts of the person himself. Personality is the property of the individual himself.

Education should only create conditions and help this process. While the product of culture is really a person, as well as tangible and iconic values.

Education is an environment in which the priority activity is the dissemination of culture, while culture is, first of all, the sphere of the objectification of human essential forces. Personality formation is possible only in the conditions of humanization of the education system, the implementation of the principles of personality-oriented 407 pedagogy. The basic concept of different concepts of personal education is the concept of personality as a goal and factor of education. Education is a part of culture, which, on the one hand, is fueled by it, and on the other, affects its preservation and development through a person. A person lives in the multidimensional space of culture.

The process of cultural reproduction begins and ends with the personality. The culture of a person's personality is the degree of human perfection achieved through self–education, cultivation of all the best that humanity has developed over its centuries-old history, all that a person can and should possess. Therefore, they distinguish not only internal culture, which is mainly addressed to the spiritual qualities of a person, but also external culture, as a form of manifestation of the inner, spiritual world of the individual.

The acute shortage of culture is now of particular concern and concern, as it is a global disaster, evidence of the loss of spiritual guidance and responsibility to the present and future. Positive interaction with people of different cultures is fundamental in the development and upbringing of psychological and social personality traits.

The solution to this problem lies in the formation of a common culture of the individual, based on humanity, mercy and tolerance, and the development of the ability to inner transformation is "the way of education of spirituality, the way of the revival of the Russian intelligentsia." The main tasks are to preserve a single cultural space, develop new forms of work and strengthen the basic potential for further progress. One of the most important elements of education is its relationship with culture. In our life, the historical, social, and psychological components are combined together. In the process of learning, an individual learns various cultural norms. As a result, the norms of morality and morality are instilled in a social group, in the family and in public places, as well as the rules of communication, interpersonal and business contacts. Education is the very lever that pushes to the study of cultural values.

The modern educational paradigm includes educational and cultural components for the comprehensive development of personality. This is expressed in the development of cultural values and universal skills by children. When a student learns universal values, he gets the opportunity to master the surrounding world and attitudes towards it.

All this creates the foundation for an educated, cultured and comprehensively developed personality. Thus, the content of education can be considered as the foundation of the basic culture of the individual.
