Annotation.The article deals with the problem of the influence of the school team on the formation of the personality of apupil. The question of the relationship between the school group and the individuality is one of the main, it becomes extremely important. Primary school is the most important time for the formation of the school team. It is in elementary school that a child first meets his classmates, the first teacher, it is in this period that a new social status is determined a pupil.

The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the school group is one of the most important forms of organization of education, it is a powerful pedagogical tool. The development and formation of personality can be successfully carried out only in a team and through a team, which is one of the main laws of education. During the school years that an important period of the formation of the child's personality takes place. Thanks to joint activities in the school team, comprehensive personal development is ensured, as well as favorable conditions are created for preparing children for active participation in public life.

The school group is a scientifically organized system that is aimed at educating the child's personality. The pupil has a certain structure. It provides unity, friendship, helps the pupil to form a personality and preserve it.

The role of the group in the development of the pupil's personality, first of all, is to open up huge opportunities for the development of democratic forms of life organization. One of the main tasks is to create such conditions in the pupil team that would contribute to a favorable adaptation, individualization of the pupil's personality.

School group, influences the formation of personality, thereby performing important functions:

- helps the pupil to master the necessary knowledge;

- helps to form a sense of beauty in a pupil, teaches kindness and justice, as well as mutual assistance and compassion;

- promotes the formation of morally valuable incentives in work, develops creativity.

Having made an analysis based on the data of the survey of younger schoolchildren and communication with the class teacher, on the basis of which the study was conducted, we can conclude that the environment in the pupil team is favorable. Most of the class take an active position in the classroom, participate in competitions, study well. However, according to the results of this experiment, it was found that several pupil do not feel well enough in the classroom, so the teacher should pay attention and take all measures to unite them with the class team. Based on the recommendations, the teacher needs first of all: to involve these children in the joint activities of the team, to reveal their talents, to praise in the presence of the class.

In this regard, we can rightfully assume that it is in pupil groups that life experience is acquired, which forms a personality and further determines the complex system of its relations to life and people.

In view of this, the teacher should create a favorable psychological climate in the team, because it helps the child to feel calm, confident and comfortable not only in class, but also in life.

In school group work, the main tasks for teachers are:

1. Providing each pupil with a comfortable atmosphere in the circle of their classmates.

2. The need to take into account the individual qualities of each child's personality.

3. Reasonable control over the setting and planning of the activities of the children's school group.

4. Providing support and assistance in the independent undertakings of the association.

5. Consideration as a set of development and realization of the personality of pupil and the team.

Also, to create a favorable environment, the teacher should use non-verbal means such as:

1. Friendly smiles, positive or calm tone of statements;

2. Listening with a demonstration of attention (assent), eye contact;

3. Use gestures to show approval of the work.

Games also contribute to team building. I offer games such as:

1. The game "Sculptors". It teaches the ability to guess the mood of another person, adjust and accept the position of a partner, gives the opportunity to throw out negative emotions.

2. The game “Molecules". Teaches you not to be afraid of communication, to navigate quickly, to find like-minded people.

A developed pupil team is a necessary condition for self-affirmation of the individual. It is characterized by common goals and the adequacy of the grounds for joint substantive and practical activities aimed at the benefit of society, concern for the overall result, a certain organization and nature of communication, a broad system of school group ties. The most developed forms of relationships between children are created in the process of purposeful organization of their socially approved activities: educational, organizational and social, labor, creative, sports. The maximum development of children's amateur activity is a defining feature of a developed children's school group.

The age of primary school opens up great opportunities for the development of collectivist relations. For several years, with appropriate education, primary school children gained experience in school group activities that are important for their further development - activities in a team and for a team. The education of collectivism is supported by the participation of children in public, school group affairs. Here the child accumulates the main experience of school group social activity.

The school group can become an important tool for the formation of personality, provided that it is managed competently by the teacher. The group of primary school pupil is organized by adults. At the same time, the question of the relationship between the needs of children in communication and the tasks assigned to this team becomes relevant. The formation and development of the junior school team takes place in stages, methodically organized.
