HEALTH SAVING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Annotation. The article deals with the problem of effective application of health-saving technologies in the modern educational process. The main condition for solving the problem is the use of such health-saving technologies that would contribute to comfort for the mental, physical and social development of students.
Keywords. Health-saving technologies; physical culture and health-improving technologies; technologies of optimal organization of the educational process, psychological safety.
One of the most important tasks of modern education is to preserve and strengthen the health of students. The Federal state educational standards II generation defines this task as one of the priorities.
It is worth noting that it is the school should provide students with the opportunity to maintain health during the period of study. The school should form the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for healthy lifestyles. In addition, it is necessary to teach how to use these skills in everyday life.
Professor N.K. Smirnov speaks about health saving technologies as "a complex, built on a single methodological basis, system of organizational and psychological-pedagogical methods, techniques, technologies aimed at protecting and strengthening students' health, forming a culture of health, and taking care of teachers' health" [2, 117]. Health-saving technologies are, first of all, such pedagogical technologies, methods, educational and developmental programs, which are aimed at fostering such qualities in students as health culture, personal qualities, which can preserve and strengthen health, form ideas about health as the highest value, as well as create motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle [4].
There are many classifications of health-saving technologies. But the most elaborated is the classification of N.K. Smirnov. This classification is used in educational institutions [3].
The first group of health-saving technologies - medical and hygienic technologies. In educational institutions the use of preventive programs is mandatory. This group includes control and assistance in ensuring proper hygienic conditions in accordance with the regulations Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Norms.
The second group of health-saving technologies - health-improving technologies (HIT). This group of technologies is aimed at the physical development of students: hardening, training strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and other qualities that distinguish a healthy, trained person from a physically weak one. Implemented in the lessons of physical education and in the work of sports clubs.
The third group of health-saving technologies - environmental health-saving technologies (EHS). The focus of these technologies is the creation of nature-appropriate, ecologically optimal conditions for people's life and activity, harmonious relations with nature. At school this includes arrangement of the school territory, green plants in classrooms, recreational areas, a living corner, and participation in environmental activities.
The fourth group of health-saving technologies is life safety technologies (LSS). They are implemented by specialists in labor protection, protection in emergency situations, architects, builders, representatives of municipal, engineering and technical services, civil defense, fire inspection, etc.
Technologies providing hygienically optimal conditions of the educational process are fixed in the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Norms. These technologies are based on physiological changes in children's bodies as a result of their interaction with the environment, and are also made taking into account their age and the specifics of the organization of the educational mode at school.
The main factors to which the school administration and teachers need to pay attention to are: the effect of sound stimuli; air and heat conditions; natural and artificial lighting; the color scheme in the interior.
The functional state of students in the process of learning activity, the ability to maintain mental performance at a high level for a long time and prevent fatigue largely depend on the correct organization of the lesson, the level of its rationality.
Technology for the optimal organization of the learning process and physical activity of students is necessary to prevent overload, overexertion and to ensure the conditions for successful learning of students, the preservation of their health.
Indicators of the rational organization of the educational process are: the volume of the teaching load; load from additional classes at school - electives, individual classes, classes of choice; active-motor activity - dynamic pauses, physical education classes, sports activities [1].
One of the most important aspects is the creation of a favorable psychological climate at the lesson, ensuring psychological comfort of students during the lesson.
Among the health-saving technologies we can highlight the technology of person-centered learning, taking into account the characteristics of each student and aimed at a more complete disclosure of his potential. These can include technologies of project activity, differentiated instruction, cooperative learning, and a variety of gaming technologies.
Personality-oriented technologies put the child's personality in the center of the educational system, ensuring safe, comfortable conditions for its development and realization of natural opportunities. Within this group, humanistic-personal technologies, cooperation technologies, free education technologies are distinguished as independent directions [1].
The aim of this article is to identify the features of effective use of health-saving technologies in the modern educational process of the school. To achieve the goal, we used our developed diagnostics "Health-saving technologies in the modern educational process". Fifteen students of the 7th "A" class of the Municipal Budget Educational Institution "Korocha D.K. Kromsky Secondary School" of Korocha, Belgorod region, took part in the study.
We considered the application of health-saving technologies in the modern educational process according to the following diagnostic indicators: the use of physical education and health technologies in the educational process, the use of technologies of optimal organization of the educational process, psychological safety.
The diagnostic indicator of the use of physical and health-improving technologies is characterized by the predominance of positive answers of children to the questions we asked (83%). It means that in this class children do breathing exercises, morning exercises, physical exercises, eye exercises, as well as joint physical training or movement games.
Fig. 1. Diagnostic indicator of the use of physical education and health-improving technologies
The diagnostic indicator of the use of technologies for optimal organization of the educational process also showed us positive responses from children (75%). It means that in the educational process of this class the teacher differentiates the tasks taking into account age and individual peculiarities; there is personality-oriented and collective learning at the lessons. In addition, after the lessons the children are not overworked, efficient, and ready for new activities.

The diagnostic indicator of psychological safety showed us positive answers of children to the questions we asked (85%). This means that in this class the psychological atmosphere is benevolent, relations with teachers and classmates are good and children feel comfortable.

Thus, the present study found that the subjects are positively disposed towards the educational institution, generally satisfied with the educational environment, most of the subjects (81%) identified the effective use of health-saving technologies in the educational process of the school. Positive assessment of diagnostic indicators allows us to conclude about quite effective use of health-saving technologies in the studied school, their comfort for mental, physical and social development of students.
Observations show that the use of health-saving technologies in the learning process allows students to adapt more successfully in the educational and social space, to reveal their creative abilities, and the teacher to effectively prevent asocial behavior.
